Our Work

Swindon

This road had been in urgent need of repair for over 15 years, with ongoing deterioration causing frustration for local residents and regular road users. After repeated calls from the community for action, Rancon stepped in to deliver a complete solution.

Our team carried out a full road reconstruction and tarmacing works, addressing the underlying structural issues rather than applying short-term fixes. The result is a fully renewed roadway built to modern standards, providing a smooth, durable surface and significantly improving safety and accessibility for the local area.

This project reflects Rancon’s commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions, even where long-standing problems require a decisive and expertly managed approach.

Droitwich Canal

We completed resurfacing works along the Worcester Canal, improving the condition and durability of the route for all users. The project was carried out with care to minimise disruption while delivering a safer, smoother surface that will stand up to regular use. This resurfacing enhances accessibility and helps ensure the canal remains a well-maintained and enjoyable space for the local community.

Lye Road Reconstruction

Following a burst water pipe, we were on hand to carry out an emergency road reconstruction. We completed the work within just 48 hours to restore safe access for residents and road users. The project required fast mobilisation, careful coordination and round-the-clock effort to minimise disruption and ensure the road was reopened as quickly as possible. Thanks to the dedication and teamwork of everyone involved, the damaged section was reconstructed efficiently and safely, returning the area to full use in a short timeframe.

Garden Transformation

We recently completed a garden transformation project across several council homes in Hatch Heath, working alongside Middlemarch Environmental to ensure the safe relocation of a badger sett and the protection of local wildlife. This project was about more than just landscaping; it was about restoring outdoor spaces so residents can once again enjoy safe, accessible gardens that support wellbeing and community pride. Through careful planning, collaboration and a shared commitment to positive change, these gardens have been returned to the people who live there, ready to be used and enjoyed again.
